    3½ cups coconut milk (mild or full fats)
    ½ teaspoon
    2 cups oat (rolled or fast meals)

    Yield ~ 4 cups of cooked oatmeal.

    Directions

    Assembling Spicy Oatmeal:

    • 1 cup of cooked ginger coconut milk oat flakes (or primary cereal flour if desired) in a bowl. Combine soy sauce and peanut butter.
    • Add all of the fillings to oatmeal, serve and luxuriate in!

    Ginger for Coconut Milk Porridge:

    The same procedure as the bottom of the original salted oatmeal, but adding recent ginger and using coconut milk as an alternative of broth / water.

    • Medium warmth pot, onion oil and onion, garlic and ginger till tender and fragrant.
    • Add coconut milk and add salt.
    • When boiling is elevated, add oats, scale back heat to medium and simmer – about 5 minutes for old school oats or 2-3 minutes for oatmeal. (Cooking time can also range depending on how a lot cooking is, and how thick or soy you maintain oats!)
    • Take away from heat, cowl and let sit for 2-3 minutes.
